What data do we collect?

Our organisation collects the following data.
  • Personal Identification Data:

    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Licensee Name
    • Pub Address & Postcode

    Other Data:

    • Pub Name (or company name)
    • Pub Status
    • Pub Website
    • Pub Social Media Channels

What data do we collect?

You directly provide PubAid with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Fill out our contact us form.
  • Fill out our supporter's enquiry form.
  • Register for the Grassroots Sports Championship sponsored by Sky Television.
  • Browse our website using your desktop or mobile web browser

How will we use your data?

PubAid collects your data so we can:

  • Contact you when you submit a general enquiry.
  • Contact you when you submit an enquiry related to becoming a supporter.
  • Process your application to become a Grassroots Sports Champion.

Any data provided for the Grassroots Sports Champion registration is shared with Sky for the purpose of sending you a marketing pack and materials.

How do we store your data?

PubAid securely stores your data on servers hosted in Germany through our data processor JotForm.
