It led to the development of guide to Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, in association with LVS Schools Hassock.

Sustainability is also key, and Fuller’s is also helping to promote sustainable farming practices by including beer from Grassroots Farming Co in its supply chain. Fuller’s is reducing its environmental footprint by cutting carbon emissions by 50% since 2015 and diverting 100% of waste from landfill, ensuring a sustainable future for the communities they serve​.
